Leach & Lang
Leach&Lang are a well-established company of property consultants. The company was founded in Krakow and now has 3 offices in the Old Town. The real estate company now also has offices in Katowice and in Warsaw. The company is celebrating its 20th year of existence in 2024.
I conducted an interview with the CEO Tom Leach who gave me some insights on the real estate market in Krakow and on why Leach&Lang are the top property consultants in the area.

Hamilton May
Hamilton May are a large premium real estate company offering services in sales, rentals, letting, and property management. The company was founded in Krakow and now has additional offices in Warsaw and Wroclaw. Hamilton May is a well-established and recognized brand by now with an excellent reputation. Most of the agents speak two or more languages. The company has both individual clients as well as corporate clients. Through affiliate partner companies, Hamilton May offers many real estate related services such as mortgage, insurance, and relocation.
Getting in touch
The contact page is easy to use. I was asked to indicate whether I want to buy, sell or let a property, in which location, what size and price the property should be, in addition to some personal contact details. I received a call no later than 30 minutes after sending in my inquiry. I discussed the details of my property search with the agent. The agent followed up a couple of hours later with an email with some property suggestions within the scope of my search. Direct email address is krakow@hamiltonmay.com
Sim Property
Sim Property is a full service property company, which started in Prague (Czechia) in 2008 and quickly grew to cover 20+ cities in 4 countries: Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and Bulgaria. The company covers the full life cycle for property investors: from sourcing the property, property management, tenant finding, accountancy as well as sales at the end of the day.
In Poland, the company’s main office has been in Krakow since 2011.
Sim Property also has its own separate brand for property management software called Rentflow.

Homfi Cracow
Homfi is a large real estate company in Krakow and Poland. The company has offices in fourteen cities across Poland. It has been growing fast since its start in 2011 and now claims to be a “pioneer in cutting edge solutions on the Polish property market”. Homfi has received multiple recognition awards since 2019 including the Otodom best real estate in Poland award in 2019 and 2021.

The process of getting in touch with a real estate agent largely depends on the location you are looking into. Each agent on the website has a set of listings that they manage. I sent in a general inquiry through the contact page. It is probably best to contact real estate agents directly through the page of a property you are interested in.
Private House Brokers
Private House Brokers is a rather small real estate company that focuses exclusively on the Krakow property market. The company specializes in efficient property sales and rentals, and offers additional services such as property management and financing.

Once I found a property I was interested in, I wanted to contact the real estate agent, but the email of the agent mentioned on the side is a kontakt@privatehousebrokers.pl general email address. I find this to be not very customer friendly. I filled in the contact form below and received a call later in the day. I was put in touch with a real estate agent. It was then that I realized that Homfi and this company are one and the same. I believe it started with Private House Brokers then later on turned into Homfi but both companies are still operating.
Kraków Real Estate Agency
KrakowNieruchomosci.eu is a real estate company that focuses on high-standard properties for demanding clients. The company often helps to find tenants through its well-established network of large corporations and international relocation companies.

I got in touch with KrakowNieruchomosci.eu through its contact page. The other option is to contact the agent directly after you have found a suitable property.
When inquiring about an apartment, this company added an interesting message. The message states that “the purchase of flat from the primary market is commission-free. The customer only has to pay the purchase fee of the flat and the notary fee”.
Estate Lew Invest
Estate Lew Invest is a real estate company offering apartments for rent and for sale in prestigious locations in Krakow. The company prides itself for having a wide range of apartments on offer at a very high quality standard. They also state that Estate Lew Invest has a true passion for real estate.

Because the contact form on the website – and on every property page – wasn’t working, I had to email the estate agent directly with my inquiry. I received a reply that same day.
Loco Real Estate
Loco Real Estate is a well-established real estate company specialized in premium and high standard properties. The company is a recognized expert in residential real estate in Krakow and Warsaw.

I really like the website experience of this company. The design is nice and slick. It is easy to scroll through and search for suitable properties. It is also straightforward to get in touch with the estate agent through the “ask for this offer” button at the bottom of the property listing, or via email.
ProRelo
ProRelo is a privately owned independent immigration and relocation consultancy with 20 years of experience. The company is a 100% women-owned business. It was founded in Bratislava, Slovakia, in 2004, and acquired a peer company in Poland in 2010.
